Location: The Bay Area, San Fransisco (Hybrid Working)
Salary: $123,500 + bonus & sign-on

About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide seamless support to up to three executives, managing their demanding schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling complex and ever-changing calendars.
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Preparing materials and offering support before and during meetings.
- Coordinating and executing internal and external events.
- Arranging domestic and international travel.
- Communicating on behalf of executives with professionalism and urgency.
- Managing expense reports and approving purchase orders.
About You:
We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior-level business support role.
- A background in the tech industry (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teamwork.
